Punjab Police Approaches High Court Challenging Chandigarh Police Over Navneet Chaturvedi’s Custody

National Times Bureau :- The Punjab police have now approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court over the custody of Navneet Chaturvedi, who is accused of forging signatures in Rajya Sabha nomination papers.  Navneet Chaturvedi has also approached high court seeking anticipatory bail and demanded an investigation into the rejection of his Rajya Sabha nomination papers.  He has been placed under the protection of Chandigarh Police. Both Chaturvedi and the Punjab Police have filed petitions in court.
