New Delhi, August 12, 2025: Former India all-rounder and 1983 World Cup hero Roger Binny will continue as the president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) at least until its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in September, following the passage of the National Sports Bill in Parliament on Tuesday.The new legislation sets the cut-off age for office-bearers of National Sports Federations at 75, in cases where the respective global governing bodies, such as the International Cricket Council (ICC), do not stipulate an age limit.
