National Times Bureau :- In a shocking incident in Punjab’s Ludhiana district, a 25-year-old kabaddi player, Tejpal Singh, was brutally beaten and shot dead on Friday afternoon near the SSP office in Jagraon, barely 250 meter away. The attack, which lasted nearly 20 minutes, has raised serious questions about law and order in the area.
