Chandigarh, November 13 — Haryana Public Works and Public Health Engineering Minister Ranbir Gangwa announced that the Public Works Department (PWD) will soon establish a dedicated Vigilance Cell to ensure transparency and accountability in infrastructure projects. The cell will investigate complaints related to road and building quality, and strict legal and departmental action will be taken against anyone found guilty of irregularities.
