Chandigarh, October 23 — The Haryana government has transferred ₹9,029.39 crore directly into the bank accounts of farmers during the ongoing Kharif procurement season 2025–26, ensuring timely payment at the Minimum Support Price (MSP).According to an official spokesperson from the Department of Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs, the paddy procurement process is proceeding smoothly in all designated grain markets across the state. Haryana Farmers Must Report Crop Damage on Compensation Portal Within Three Days: Agriculture Minister

Chandigarh, March 3, 2025 – Haryana’s Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister, Shyam Singh Rana, has urged farmers who are not registered under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) to report their crop damage due to hailstorms on the Haryana Compensation Portal within the next 72 hours. This will enable agricultural officers to assess the damage on-site and ensure fair compensation.
