Folk Instruments and Traditional Music Enchant Visitors at Brahmasarovar During International Gita Mahotsav

Chandigarh, November 17 — The second day of the International Gita Mahotsav-2025 in Kurukshetra turned vibrant as the sounds of traditional Indian instruments echoed across the sacred Brahmasarovar. Artists from Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh filled the atmosphere with melodious folk tunes, drawing large crowds to the southern bank of the lake.According to an official spokesperson, cultural groups from these states, invited by the North Zone Cultural Centre (NZCC) Patiala, showcased their regional heritage through folk songs and dance performances.
