Surrey (Richa Walia): The Laxmi Narayan Mandir in Surrey celebrated Krishna Janmashtami with a grand Shobha Yatra (religious procession) that brought together hundreds of devotees and community members in a colorful display of devotion and culture. The streets around the temple were filled with spiritual chants of “Hare Krishna” as devotees joined the procession carrying beautifully decorated floats (jhankis) depicting scenes from Lord Krishna’s life.
