New Delhi (National Times): The fifth day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament began on a solemn note as Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla led the House in paying heartfelt tributes to the brave soldiers of the 1999 Kargil War, ahead of the 26th anniversary of India's victory in the conflict.
