The district administration has issued a traffic advisory, announcing restrictions on several roads around the venue to ensure smooth conduct of the event. Chandigarh: The Punjab State Women Commission has taken strong suo motu action against two popular Punjabi singers, citing objectionable lyrics that allegedly degrade and insult women.
