Chandigarh, September 2 – The Haryana government has extended a helping hand to the people of Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir, who are reeling under the impact of heavy rains and natural calamities. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced financial assistance of ₹5 crore each to both states from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
