Chandigarh, January 27, 2026: The Haryana government on Tuesday issued transfer and posting orders for five Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers and one Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer with immediate effect, marking a significant administrative reshuffle.Sudhir Rajpal, who was serving as Additional Chief Secretary of Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education and Research, AYUSH, and Environment, Forest and Wildlife departments, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary of the Home, Prisons, Criminal Investigation and Administration of Justice Department.
