National Times Bureau :- A day after senior Haryana IPS officer Y Puran Kumar was found dead in an apparent case of suicide, serious questions have surfaced over the circumstances leading to his death and the inclusion of his name in an FIR lodged in Rohtak. Kumar, a 2001-batch officer serving as Inspector General (IG) of Rohtak Range, was reportedly named in a bribery case without prior approval from the state government, sources close to his family said.
