Chandigarh, November 4: Haryana Governor Professor Asim Kumar Ghosh released the second edition of the book ‘International Relations – For Civil and State Services Examinations’ at Southampton University in Gurugram on Tuesday. Former Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, Damu Ravi, attended the ceremony as the chief guest.
