National Times Bureau :- The arrival of Chilaikalan brought the season’s first snowfall to several parts of Kashmir, ending a long dry spell and offering much-needed relief to residents after months of extremely dry conditions. Snow was reported from the Gurez and Warwan valleys, as well as the higher reaches of south and north Kashmir, including Sinthan Top, Razdan Pass, Sadhna Top, Zojila and Sonmarg.
