Holy Cities: Notification Issued Granting Holy City Status to Three Cities in Punjab

National Times Bureau :- Governor of Punjab has given formal approval to the Bhagwant Mann government’s decision under which three important places in the state were declared Holy Cities. A notification in this regard has also been issued. The announcement was made in the form of a resolution during a session of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha held at Sri Anandpur Sahib, following which the proposal was sent to the Governor for approval. However, the notification does not mention any details regarding the implementation of this decision.
