National Times Bureau :- In another case of deteriorating law and order in the state, a Punjab Police head constable was allegedly attacked with sharp-edged weapon by unidentified assailants in Patiala's Nabha on Sunday evening.   The victim has been identified as Amandeep Singh, a head constable posted at Civil Lines in Patiala and a resident of Nabha. Kotwali Police Station in-charge Saurav Sabharwal said preliminary information indicates the attack followed a confrontation with the youths.
