Chandigarh, September 18 – Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has issued firm instructions to Public Works Department officials, warning that no negligence or compromise in the quality of roads and building construction will be tolerated. He said officers who deliberately leave loopholes in designs and tender documents while awarding projects will face strict action. The Chief Minister stressed that construction material quality must be maintained at all levels without exception.Saini gave these directions while chairing a cabinet sub-committee meeting of the PWD.
