Chandigarh, July 29 — In a major boost to the agriculture sector, Haryana’s Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana oversaw the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Haryana Horticulture Department and the International Potato Center (CIP).
