Chandigarh, December 25 — Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday paid heartfelt tribute to Bharat Ratna and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, describing him as a visionary statesman whose ideals continue to guide the state towards transparent and people-centric governance.
