State Receives President’s Award for Excellence in Cleanliness Initiatives Chandigarh, December 22:Haryana’s Minister for Urban Local Bodies, Revenue, Disaster Management and Relief, Vipul Goyal, on Monday said that the state government is implementing intensive cleanliness campaigns on a cluster basis to ensure comprehensive sanitation arrangements in urban areas.
