Chandigarh, September 30, 2025: Haryana Irrigation and Water Resources Minister Shruti Choudhry announced that the state government has revoked the June 2020 orders concerning the transfer of certain canal systems to the Loharu Division, following farmers’ demands and delays in Local Water Services (LWS) Circle projects.The decision, she said, was taken keeping in mind the interests of farmers and the public, ensuring efficient water management from head to tail.
