Chandigarh, October 25 — Haryana’s Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh stated that no country can achieve true development without a strong industrial base. To give the agriculture-dominated state a new industrial identity, the Haryana government has prepared a comprehensive five-year industrial roadmap, under which 10 new Industrial Model Townships (IMTs) will be developed, including two around Gurugram.
