Chandigarh (Gurpreet Singh): Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema today said that the Punjab government's 'War on Drugs' campaign has achieved another big success, when Gurkirat Singh, a resident of Kalanaur in Gurdaspur district, was allegedly caught doing drugs inside the cremation ground.
