Chandigarh, July 18 — Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Friday declared that Jyotisar, the sacred land where Lord Krishna is believed to have delivered the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, will be developed into a grand and globally significant historical tourist destination.
