Chandigarh/Amritsar (Gurpreet Singh): In a major crackdown on drug trafficking, Punjab Police’s Counter Intelligence unit in Amritsar has busted a narcotics smuggling module, arresting two operatives and recovering 7 kg of heroin, Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav said on Wednesday.The accused have been identified as Inderjeet Singh, a resident of Tarn Taran, and Ravinder Sharma from Amritsar.
