Chandigarh, December 14 — Haryana Public Works and Public Health Engineering Minister Ranbir Gangwa will lay the foundation stone of the Rajaram Memorial Library in Gangwa village on December 15, officials said on Saturday.A government spokesperson said that following the foundation-laying ceremony, the cabinet minister will also interact with villagers and listen to their grievances, with a focus on resolving local issues.Earlier on Sunday, Gangwa heard public complaints at his residence from citizens arriving from different areas.
