Chandigarh, July 19 — Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Friday asserted that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, India has rapidly progressed toward becoming a developed nation, rising from the 11th to the 4th position in global economic rankings.
