Panchkula, March 8 – Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini formally inaugurated the 37th Basant Utsav at Town Park, Sector-5, Panchkula. This two-day festival is being organized by the Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority (PMDA).While addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister extended his best wishes and said that India is a land of diverse seasons, each with its own significance.
