National Times Bureau :- Faridkot police achieved a significant breakthrough by arresting three men connected to the Davinder Bambiha gang in an extortion case involving a demand of ₹1 crore. Senior Superintendent of Police Dr. Pragya Jain revealed that among those arrested is Ramjot Singh, alias Jot, a resident of Moga, who opened fire on the police during a weapon recovery operation. He was injured in retaliatory firing and later apprehended. A .32 bore pistol and live cartridges were seized from him.
