New Delhi (National Times): A mild earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale struck Haryana’s Jhajjar district on Thursday morning, with tremors felt across several parts of the Delhi-NCR region. According to the National Centre for Seismology, the quake occurred at 9:04 AM, with its epicentre located 3 km northeast of Jhajjar, approximately 51 km west of Delhi. The quake originated at a depth of 10 km below the surface. Residents in parts of Delhi, Gurugram, Rohtak, Panipat, Hisar, and Meerut reported feeling the tremors. Bandipora, March 14, 2025 – A mild earthquake measuring 3.6 on the Richter scale struck Bandipora in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday afternoon, the National Center for Seismology (NCS) reported.The earthquake occurred at 3:24 PM IST at a depth of 10 kilometers. Its coordinates were recorded at latitude 34.62° N and longitude 74.86° E, according to an NCS post on X.No reports of damage or injuries have been received so far.

ਸਵੇਰੇ-ਸਵੇਰੇ ਭੂਚਾਲ ਦੇ ਝਟਕੇ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੋਕ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਗਏ। ਭੂਚਾਲ ਦੇ ਇਹ ਝਟਕੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਮੰਡੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿਚ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਭੂਚਾਲ ਦਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਸੁੰਦਰਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਜਯ ਦੇਵੀ ਵਿਚ ਸੀ। ਰਿਕਟਰ ਪੈਮਾਨੇ 'ਤੇ ਭੂਚਾਲ ਦੀ ਤੀਬਰਤਾ 3.7 ਮਾਪੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਭੂਚਾਲ ਦਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੋਂ 7 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਸੀ। ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੋਕ ਘਰਾਂ 'ਚੋਂ ਆਏ ਬਾਹਰ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਝਟਕੇ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋਏ, ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਂ 'ਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਗਏ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਘੱਟ ਤੀਬਰਤਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਨਹੀਂ…
