Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): The Haryana government will implement the "Water Secure Haryana" programme to strengthen long-term water security and promote sustainable, climate-smart agricultural practices across the state, Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana announced on Friday.
