National Times Bureau :- A day after facing suspension, former Punjab DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar has now been booked under Excise Act and a case in this regard has bene registered by the Samrala police under Khanna police district. The Central Bureau of Investigation recovered 108 bottles of liquor — during a search of his farmhouse located in Bondli village in Samrala.
