National Times Bureau :- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has taken serious note of the death of a college student in Dharamshala and ordered strict action against the accused assistant professor, leading to his suspension from service. Following the Chief Minister’s directions, the Higher Education Department constituted a high-level inquiry committee to investigate the circumstances surrounding the student’s death. According to official orders issued by Director of Higher Education Dr. Amrit Sharma, the committee will examine allegations related to harassment, sexual misconduct, ragging, and caste-based remarks.
