Chandigarh, December 3 — Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Tuesday released the second installment of the ‘Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana’, transferring nearly ₹148 crore directly into the bank accounts of 7,01,965 eligible women beneficiaries.The Chief Minister made the announcement while addressing a press conference in Chandigarh, accompanied by Social Justice, Empowerment, Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes Welfare and Antyodaya (Seva) Minister Krishan Kumar Bedi.Saini said the government has now decided to provide the scheme benefits every three months, with beneficiaries receiving three months’ assistance in a single payment.
