The DC reviewed precautionary measures being taken by the administration and directed officials to remain on high alert. She emphasized ensuring the safety of residents in low-lying areas and ordered the disaster management teams to be prepared for any emergency. The district administration has also appealed to people living near the riverbanks to stay vigilant and follow advisories issued from time to time.
