New Delhi, December  3— India’s aviation regulator DGCA has launched an investigation into widespread disruptions across IndiGo’s network and has directed the airline to provide a detailed explanation for the surge in flight cancellations and delays.IndiGo, the country’s largest carrier, cancelled more than 100 flights on Wednesday across multiple airports, while several other services faced long delays. The airline continued to struggle with major operational challenges, with a shortage of crew emerging as the key reason behind the disruptions.
