Chandigarh, October 29, 2025 — The Haryana government has introduced a new mobile application, Kapas Kisan, to ensure that cotton-growing farmers receive the full Minimum Support Price (MSP) for their produce during the 2025–26 season.Developed by the Cotton Corporation of India Limited (CCI), a Government of India enterprise, the app allows farmers to conveniently sell their cotton after verifying crop details already submitted on the Meri Fasal Mera Byora (MFMB) portal.
