Haibatpur, Karnal, April 20: Union Minister for Power, Housing, and Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal, emphasized the importance of equality granted by the Constitution during a Samvidhan Samman Samaroh held in Haibatpur village, Nilokheri, Karnal district.
