Chandigarh (Gurpreet Singh): The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab on Friday hit out at the Congress after Congress leader Gurkirat Singh alias Kalu was reportedly caught consuming heroin in Batala and booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
