Chandigarh (Gurpreet Singh): Congress MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira has suffered a major political and legal embarrassment after the Punjab and Haryana High Court dismissed his petition in the Gram Panchayat land encroachment matter and imposed ₹6 lakh costs on him.
