Chandigarh, March 21, 2025: Preparations for the Bihar Diwas celebrations are in full swing in the Union Territory by the Punjab and Chandigarh Chapter of the Bihar Foundation. The Bihar Diwas celebrations, which will be celebrated on March 22, are being organized at Kalagram in Mani Majra, Chandigarh. Ten eminent Biharis of this region will also be honoured for their achievements in the event. The Chairman of the Punjab and Chandigarh Chapter of Bihar Foundation, Dr. Rupesh Singh said that Bihar came into existence as a new state in 1912 during the British rule, separating from the then Bengal province.…
