Vancouver (Rajeev Sharma): British Columbia Premier David Eby’s popularity has slipped to its lowest level since he became premier, according to a new Angus Reid Institute poll.The survey shows Eby’s approval at 41 per cent, a five-point drop from June and 12 points lower than in March.
