Chandigarh, May 27, 2025 – Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Monday announced Rs 3 lakh ex-gratia assistance to the families of Ayush Yoga Sahayaks who lose their lives in accidents during service. He also revealed that registration of Yoga and Naturopathy practitioners will formally begin this year.Speaking at a grand Yoga Mahotsav in Panchkula, where 264 winners of the ‘Surya Namaskar 2025’ campaign were felicitated, Saini declared that Yoga, Sports, and other co-curricular subjects will now be part of Haryana’s formal school curriculum with examinations to assess student progress.
