Nagpur, Match 18, 2025 : Nagpur police have imposed a curfew in multiple areas following violent protests over the demand to remove Aurangzeb's grave. The curfew, enforced under Section 163 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), will remain in effect until further notice.Nagpur Police Commissioner Ravinder Kumar Singal issued the order after around 250 members of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal gathered near the Shivaji Maharaj statue in Mahal, raising slogans and demanding the removal of Aurangzeb's grave.
