Ottawa (Rajeev Sharma)— Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand announced on Thursday that Canada will host a critical multilateral meeting next week to begin formal negotiations on a charter for the newly proposed Defence, Security and Resilience Bank (DSRB).
