Guwahati, March 14, 2025 – Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrived in Jorhat on Friday evening, beginning a three-day visit to the northeastern states of Assam and Mizoram, officials said.Shah was welcomed at Jorhat airport by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, his cabinet colleagues, and senior state officials.
