Haryana Ends Mandatory NOC Requirement for Bond-Free Employees Applying for Government Jobs Within the State

Chandigarh, December 4 — The Haryana government has introduced major administrative reforms by revising and consolidating rules related to resignation procedures and job applications for state employees.According to the updated instructions issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, all previous guidelines on this matter now stand replaced. The state has taken a significant decision by removing the mandatory requirement of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for government employees who have not executed any service bond and wish to apply for another post within the Haryana government.
