Chandigarh (Gurpreet Singh): The ‘Jagat Jot Sri Guru Granth Sahib Satkar Bill 2026,’ introduced by the Bhagwant Mann government with the objective of preventing the sacrilege incidents of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and ensuring strict punishment for the guilty, is receiving overwhelming support from the public and political circles. Because of this law’s implementation, several prominent leaders and workers of the Shiromani Akali Dal and the Congress party left their respective traditional parties and joined the Aam Aadmi Party on Tuesday.
