National Times Bureau :- A crucial hearing in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case is scheduled to take place today at the Mansa district court, where the late singer’s father, Balkar Singh, is expected to appear as a prosecution witness. The proceedings are being closely watched as they are considered significant for the progress of the case.
According to official sources, the Mahindra Thar vehicle used by Sidhu Moosewala at the time of the incident has been produced before the court. Balkar Singh is likely to identify the vehicle during the hearing. Earlier, he had already identified other vehicles linked to the case, including a Corolla and a Bolero, which were allegedly used during the incident.
It is also noteworthy that Balkar Singh had previously identified the shooters involved in the killing during earlier court proceedings. His testimony has been considered vital in establishing the chain of events and strengthening the prosecution’s case.
