Shocking Acts Exposed at Delhi Ashram, Swami Chaitanyanand Absconds

National Times Bureau :- A major scandal has come to light at a prominent ashram in Delhi’s Vasant Kunj area, following allegations of sexual misconduct by the ashram’s director, Swami Chaitanyanand, also known as Parth Sarthi. Reports indicate that over 15 female students pursuing a management course at the ashram have accused the director of inappropriate behaviour. The complaints, filed on August 4, 2025, allege that the swami used obscene language, sent inappropriate messages, and attempted physical contact against the students’ will.

Authorities from the Vasant Kunj police station have registered a case under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code related to sexual harassment and exploitation. So far, statements from 32 students have been recorded, with 16 of them formally submitted in the Patiala House Court under Section 164 of the CrPC. Investigators have seized CCTV footage and hard drives from the ashram for forensic examination.

The accused has been absconding since the complaints were filed. Police investigations revealed that he was using a Volvo car with a fake UN registration number “39 UN 1” to evade detection. The students also allege that some administrative and faculty members supported the swami and pressured students to comply with his demands.

Efforts are ongoing to apprehend Swami Chaitanyanand, while the ashram continues to operate with about 35 students enrolled. The case has sparked widespread outrage, highlighting concerns over the exploitation of young students in religious and educational institutions.
